I use to deal with rejection bad because of my validation I wanted from my mother. I am so glad that I have finally healed and have learned what this mean. I have learned pretty much what a lot of these other comments say...rejection is progection. Go where you are appreciated and not tolerated. God knows I want to rid any toxicity in any type of relationship/partnership in career and family. I am so over it. Thank you God. It all stemmed from extreme criticism from a mother...sad thing was that she was suppose to be a leader in the ministry.
