It's a solid gold 100% guarantee that the police will side with the corporation, council, shop, company (etc etc) and against the member of the public in any interaction between the two . . . they will never approach the company and tell them to leave you alone, to respect your right to fly, or if they continue to harass you they will have to take action - but they are all too happy to act as a kind of private security force for the company and put all their energy into arguing the company's position - what about their feelings, what about their concerns, what about their privacy, when are you going to leave (etc etc) . . . it's such a predictable response.

There is absolutely no breach of the peace neither was there likely to be a breach of the peace in the future. To even raise that subject was ridiculous. In the case of Foulkes v Merseyside police it was determined that a breach of the peace must, I repeat must be both “ real and imminent”.
