Oh my god GEARING YES!!! Mega hyped for that change! And we all love more color on the gates, more paint schemes for all bikes because less meta, these are all good things to hear because now a rider has more options for each kind of riding. AND the gearing means that now there can be some setups that are specific to tight/technical vs open and fast tracks. Now you can hit those massive booters with ANY bike!

i think this is absolutely the best possible way they couldve done it, it makes it where the bike are their own bikes and all ride different, but at least now they can all keep up with each other and I feel like this is gonna be amazing for the Pro races.

Increased engine braking irl would cause more real slippage when you let off but I agree. If they could fix that to where you don't slide out when you let off 19 would Def be most realistic yet. I hate that. That's not realistic at all lol. I've never slid out when coasting irl 😊

@shrimpshow5458 all 4 strokes have pretty similar engine braking tbh and you can change it with map settings but no, free rolling definitely gives you alot less chance of the back sliding then you letting off the gas all at once and the back tire is what slows you down, and it has less weight and inertia than the rest of the bike and rider that is still moving with the same momentum forward. It's basic science honestly.

Hey can anyone help me with my tyres. I have major problems which traction, accelerating out of the corners on the oem bikes. I also tried the a-kits and they have way better traction. Is there a way to get other tyres on the oems or the same tyres like the on the a-kits? Maybe you can make a video about tyre mods? I would appreciate it a lot

I think its possible but really hard to do. Also you wouldnt be able to play online due to tyre mismatch. So ur better off using the a kit if u like them more.

The Hondas steering is a huge change that’s needed to be done. The front tends to straighten out and stand up right way too hard and quickly when In corners. Very unpredictable front end. Huge Honda guy just hoping to have the issue fixed.

the gearing tuning is going to make a very big disadvantage for some people. pros will just gate keep the good gearing while the people who are on the cusp of qualifying bikes won’t be as fast.

Hear me out. We still need more traction due to the fact you cant physically FEEL when the bike is sliding you have to go off of visual cues. I think if they gave a bit more traction it would be better. I’ve struggled with it and stopped playing. Dont have enough traction to clear jumps still and if i feather it its not enough speed still

I dont think they should alll be the same exact HP. However if they all where 1 or 2 HP from each other it would have more color on the gate. I think every bike with the Same hp would still create a meta bike. There has to be some kind of trade off when it comes to HP and Suspension.

Then they fix it, then it's better. It's not rocket science. If my opinion is not the consensus, that's not my problem or responsibility either. They said it felt wonky bikes had no side bite and it just felt stupid. (I like what they are trying to do with slip and things like that) but the overhaul was too much too soon. Look at steam charts I’m not the only person who has friends that think that way. Kinda sad they value their own opinions over any casual player. As a vet I’d rather have a little bit of an easier time riding and have more people join in and actually enjoy the game, then inflate the skill ceiling for the sake of “realism” like guys were playing a video game. If we wanna ride we will load up the truck and go ride.

You need to keep both sides happy to have a successful game. You blindly unzipping the pants of the oem team and blowing them does nothing in your favor. Look at steam charts people are leaving the game because of b19, it’s hard to tell exactly what they should do but them not listening to the casuals is hurting everyone involved. Without the casual community there’s less viewers, less attention, less reason for sponsors to sponsor events it all comes full circle. I think this update is bologna personally. Bikes in real life are different to each other and that’s just how it is. Everyone has the option to ride the ktm as well. If they don’t choose to ride it, it’s completely up to them. The “playing field” is already level. It’s all up to personal preference.

The issue is that race bikes and engines are not the same as consumer bikes and no one making MXB mods has data for the high dollar race bikes as the teams are understandably pretty sneaky. So equal power isn’t perfect but more reasonable than stock power

Play ruin the game that's why the data shows that they have less players and have lost a lot of players now most people just play offline if they even play it all so they can actually use a bike that works.... this was the best MX game until they messed up the bikes it's so unrealistic how the back end just slides everywhere that literally doesn't happen in Supercross or real life Eli Tomac pins it out of every corner and he's not sliding around like he's on ice 💯🤦‍♂️ fix it people. how is it even a debate? its called the oem pack because its meant to bea realistic representation of real life stock bikes. the oem pack should always be as accurate as possible and if people really want the series to run something else they should make a single bike and some model swaps and use that for arl. dont make the oem pack less realistic for the sake of the arl pros and leave everyone else who just wants to play an mx sim behind. switch to a kit of you have to but dont dumb down the pack intended for realism for a small portion of the games total audience.
