Hello! Do you know of any trouble shooting methods for the app? When I am connected to the same wifi, the app says the device is offline even when it is on and cleaning the pool. It doesnt let me see any history or change any settings

Does it connect to the device when it is out of the pool? Unfortunately Wifi doesn’t travel through water, so the connection will break when the robot is cleaning

I recently ordered one this summer and it is awesome .. however, it suddenly seems to not have as much power when cleaning and also the battery runs out within an hour. What do you think is the problem???

I would call support, it appears that the battery may be prematurely wearing out

I just ordered the S1 for 600.00. The s2 is also out but for 800.00. It has a larger battery, more run time and an added 2nd filter. The 2nd filter is a sponge so it could clog easy. I have a small pool so saved the 200.00 and went with the s1. My Nautilus CC belts would not stay on even after I ordered OEM new ones. Junk and customer service was dismal. Do you still love the S1 anything else that is better?

For simplicity and reliability, the S1 is still my favourite pool cleaner that I've used

What's the difference between this and the C1?

About $250. lol I think larger battery (runs longer), infrared sensors on the front, and more powerful pump motor (3434 GPH vs 2642) I've got the C1 coming and may try this one if it does not do the job.
