Elliot, I gotta say that as a senior in high school these videos are super inspiring for me. I think about college a lot and don't know what to expect. I work hard to have grades that stand out and all that stuff but I really dont know what college will look like. Sometimes it can be pretty scary to think about. Elliot, I literally found your channel earlier this week, but when you go into not knowing what to do, and your debate over chasing something and finding what you want to do, I felt that. I’m a junior this year in college, and a lot of people in my situation are getting good internships and I’m just like what do I do. I have a passion that I keep moving away from because I don’t know if it’ll work out, but I get the same advise. It’s better to chase something and fail, then to leave yourself in a position where you desire something after your window of opportunity is up. Keep up the hard work, you’ll figure it out! As far as the confusion about "What comes next?" in life or what you want to do for the rest of your life, that is a completely normal train of thought for people our age. Something that we have to remember is that we do not need to map out the rest of our lives at this moment. We just need to take things a day at a time. Pursue what you are passionate about! If filming, blogging, and youtube is what you love doing, then keep doing it! You are very talented at this! Don't let what other college students are doing determine the route you take. There is no such thing as a "normal" path. There are some successful people who pursue college in its entirety, some people who drop out of college, high school dropouts, doctors, etc. No one single route is the key to success. The key to success is pursuing what you love, finding a way to make money out of it, and not giving up. You got this!
