It’s best to build your own bowl. Then have to add the sauce you collect. You pic everything down to the spices. You can also get cabbage or noodles instead of rice (or mixture if you prefer). Eating from a bowl inside is better as well.

Genghis can be the spot, but you’ve gotta go in and make your own bowl. I load mine up with as many meats as possible, beef, pepperoni, bacon, shrimp, crab, whatever seasoned chicken they have, whatever veggies you wanna cram in there. I go with rice or udon noodles, and then I’m basic and go for the BBQ sauce, but they have really great sauce choices.

We have one in my city as well. My favorite Mongolian grill hands down. It's a build your own dish place so I would assume any premade entre is going to be mediocre to be tolerable to the widest amount of people. You need to try it the way it's supposed to be done.

I make my own. Load it up with meats, then veggies. Choose my dry seasonings and then my sauces, have them fry in an egg, them serve on udon noodles. I didn't even know you could order it the way you did.
