Located Around 21 kilometres upstream from the mighty Mosi oa Tunya or Victoria Falls is the very unique Chundu island lodge.
Chundu island is situated in the middle of the roaring Zambezi River. It 1.4 kilometres in length & offers that ‘total privacy’ feeling you get when stepping onto a secluded, private island. It lies on the border between #Zimbabwe and #Zambia.

@@tvs9978 Botswana, Namibia, Zimbabwe and Zambia meet on the Zambezi (divided by the river) . It is a beautiful sight. Google Chobe Kasane, Botswana or Kazingula ( that is where it meets the other 3 countries) . All the gameparks from all 4 countries meet at the same place. I have seen wild animals elephants on my way from Vic falls Zim to Botswana Border, then from Bots to Namibia katima Mulilo Border. I have seen elephants on the way from Zim Vic falls to Zambia Livingstone. Years ago you would see elephants in the cities of Livingstone Zambia and Vicfalls Zim. Monkeys are part of the falls or Zambezi regions edpevially at the Zim Zam border (hated them cause they grab things).

@@rojamillerover Thanks for the reply. However I think you missed the gist and context of my comment. By Victoria Falls I meant the town and what it has to offer, not just the Falls themselves which I am sure you are referring to. The fact that you didn't know about Chundu Island which is also in Victoria Falls (Zambezi national park) further qualifies the fact that the place has been been put on the map (figuratively). There are a number of places and attractions that were featured in other videos which many people like you had no idea that they are found in the resort city.
