if u use GS SS or SS wand u can change mode on the go. its only bad for other than that 2 but i always see those 2 type in every CO.OP DG so i think it wont matter much.

Your guild is responsible for seeing you get setup. The only tanks who don't benefit are those who are guild less. Hope this helps.

@@deustauries everyone can get geared out by playing, but tanks can only get handouts? Gimme gimme, I'll try that I guess. No point in playing right, if guild is gonna give me my gear I'll sit and watch and beg. Sounds legit no issue here

You can totally play without tank now, because player is reaching that point where they can kill thing really fast now, as long as they getting healed.

@@ue9348 my alt dagger and CB always makesift tank when 1 of tank dc. Just maks out evasion trait and have at least 14k hp with good healer.

Another comment, with this loot system they are also increasing the player growth disparity, the geared up players will keep growing being prioritized by the loot drop system. The new players will get discouraged and leave, game will only have a couple whale guilds running around and they will leave because of getting bored fighting same handful of players.

I told my buddy before this list was release, is that this drop system feels like it is based on who is doing the highest dmg.. because he a bow and staff and doing all the dmg, earning all the loots too.. while i was support and my other buddy is a tank.. and unfortunately, this proof I was right... this game is even more screwded if this is how loot is distributed... more people are going to stop playing tank and support, and all you have left in this game are dps trying to kill the boss as fast as possible. Korean games pull this move a lot imo, at launch it usually all about roles, but as soon as the game about 1 years old you start to see a shift, from roles playing to just dominated by self sustain dps.

Agreed, this basically discourages new people to do tanks and solo farming. If everyone gets an equal opportunity to get the loot and no additional add ons to loot when farming then theres no point in farming solo.

The only world boss loot I've ever gotten was on my 2k CP tank ALT, and I died that run too. Nothing on the 3.3k dps in 50 runs. Go figure

i think the loot distribution actually sucks.... me and my team were doing Tyrants isle and we were fighting the final boss... There was me the healer and a dps only fighting cause the rest of the team died while the boss was still more than half HP I find that healers aren't actually getting rewarded for their contribution at all cause most of the gear i get is just blue. Even if being the last one fighting the boss and doing a lot of healing. And that wasnt even the first time i find it a bad situation for healers and tanks or it might just be me and my friends really unlucky.

Transparency with random chances has to be shown in the EU if money/gambling is involved. So it's the law really. At least in the EU

The loot system is not multiple player friendly for an MMO. Everyone contributing in any way should have equal chances at loot. Also same should be with all mobs, no matter who hit first or does most damage. Tanks are screwed by the whole loot system, they are not ranged and lack dps. I got to run around while a ranged guy just aggro's all mobs with a bow or staff

I've stopped playing because i havnt gotten an upgrade from a drop in 3 weeks. I also don't have time grind out dungeons and contracts that give mediocre pieces I don't need.

I was telling all my friends all was based on damage. I play Tank, healer, paladin and dps (4 chars). The rng is pathetic. As a matter of fact, even in dungeons, developers troll tanks. I had to run abyss close to 100 times to get epic chest armour. All my dps friends are fully geared. I am done with this f****ing sh** game.

Tanks barely do damage esp if you are playing sns/wand, you just provide everyone buffs and tank damage and dont get anything in return.

tanks have never been very good. Max melee and ranged evasion still gets dumpstered by xbow dagger. Dagger greatsword feels tankier than playing an actual tank role. Its just a pve role for the games dungeons

U must be low gear score bro. Fight someone with 3.5-6k gs sns/ wand. Boy they will make u quit this game. 1500 melee/range evasion no xbow spin to win is hitting a geared tank.

The whole gearing and loot system is stupid as hell, why u cant sell loot but you have to make some stupid litographs???? Everyone who participate in boss fight and do some dmg or heal should have same chance for a drop, otherwise its not fair and if u tank or healer forget about the loot and move on, dont waiste ur time on this game, there are better games and more to come in near future.

the vids where great but i already decided to quit T&L and never try another korean mmo again after being reminded how garbage these games are and such low teir mmos entirely reliant on pay to win and nutcup large alliances that are un fun and counter intuitive to fun pvp

We're not screwed, the game is screwed. I don't mind leaving this game, I'm still active on some mmo. I'd be happy to leave this game, should they decide to make it more of a "pay to win" setup
