Hello, Ems trained firefighter here, for the question at 20:04, This is just how we do it at our area, but Someone either in the building or nearby will likely be trained in first aid and will be called to check her vitals, such as heart rhythm and breathing, and if there is a problem, cops are obligated to release a suspect to the EMTs to go to the hospital, although that person will likely be cuffed to the bed on a do not release order or some such until the medical emergency is over, then they go straight back to the police station for processing, if they weren't processed in the hospital itself.

I live in South Africa, the closest I've ever been to a Karen was when I was in first grade and and some child's mother came up to me and started yelling at me because I couldn't catch the ball at a cricket game. 3:41 - If I had to take a guess, I think the reason that was cut from the edit was to reduce the risk of crazy people starting another race riot, especially given this Karen's former occupation and how much her unhinged behavior contrasts with the professional conduct and self-control expected of police. It's the perfect excuse for chaos to break out. People hear G and buildings start catching on fire. It's the job of the police department to mitigate the risk of that happening as much as possible.
