Stephanie that happend to me last year when i got my promotion and day one when i reported, the mananger was already pre judging me without even giving me a chance. They made my life hell and I lost my position. Well after 7 months of endurance god blessed me to come back, not a promotion but promoted me to get to where I needed to be for my self and my family Halleluyah Praise God. Same here, but one day, my boss came to work with the flu, I got him some medicine, & got him through the shift (helped him feel better). This started him to step back & look objectively, realizing how much junk he was pre-sold. He finally said one day "Now I understand, you take care of whatever our crew needs...they (the ones who told him biased opinions) don't understand." I am on a different path now. God pulled me out. 🙏🔥

Omgoodness….I went through the most while working as a math teacher for the public school system. 13 years, 4 involuntarily “voluntarily” transfers, 2 nervous breakdowns….I kept getting back up and when I saw it was about to happen again….I walked out in the midst of a panic attack. Smh. I did not want to quit; I wanted the administrators to quit with the discrimination and harassment. God showed me that it was going to happen again….I was on so many prescriptions and the school system cut my health insurance off while being monitored by their EAP and then fought against me receiving unemployment. My heart goes out to all the teachers that are suffering in silence…while I was in the hospital, I met 11 other minority women going through similar situations…none of us even had kids in the system. John 10:10-15 . Parents need to realize without their presence and support….most teachers just leave early, that’s why the retention rate is less than 4 years. Out with the ones that are too empathetic??? This is crazy. I held more degrees than all but 1 administrator, and was told by that 1 administrator, that I was far to empathetic to remain a teacher??? She happened to be married to the superintendent at that time…go figure.

This is so true. I get critiqued and put down everywhere. I go. Even on jobs. Friends/family. Everytime I open my mouth people get triggered. I just remain quiet. Most of the time. Every thing I do is wrong. Never get apperceive lord have its mercy. I feel most at peace in my home. I don't feel comfortable around people. I just feel like a weirdo. God help me. Pray for me.

I have weeded most out, but the most difficult is my adoptive mom(biological aunt).. however some things have come about and I sent out the word to the rest of the family that this way happening. They all assured me they KNEW, and were upset that that she has said these things not just to family but family friends as well. My sister and I are tired of the lies and secrets and so we do not keep secrets. I find out something, I tell my sister and family , and vice versa. This woman tries to taint everyone around her with her volatility and lies. She is distorted and bleeds distortion. She's got the house she dreamed of, the money she wanted, but no ethic, no morality, no self awareness, no couth or poise, she is as my uncle said poison. I do not engage in gossips but I do share pertinent information. These lies have backfired significantly on her and she doesn't understand yet just how much.

My COO keeps trying me. Im the last BW in the company. She weeded the other 3 out. Every tactic she's tried lately, I smile so deep and smh, like "sis, you just don't see how your evil ways are elevating me"! And when I say I'm so proud of me...I've been holding my tongue and my tude. I can feel God shining down smiling every time i kill her with kindness and put out more fabulous work 😊 Working on my job search/next steps in the mean time.
