I just saw the first half of the video but since the first step i knew that this video is pure gold, not everyone gives such good advices in the same video, i’m following those steps since last year and i’m noticing my evolution as human being and to be fair, girls was my priority number 2 and games number 1 until March 2023 (because i have played Resident Evil 4 Remake and i wanted this remake since the PS3 launch) and than i just play videogames at night a little bit with my friends for 1 hour because i spend my whole day working in my company, making new strategies, studying and at the end of the day i do my exercises, and girls….well not my priority anymore, i have my Goals set since 2018 but unfortunately i only decided to act last year but sure i’m changed, and still changing, constancy is the key

I’m no kenny but the way I would think about it is: If it’s a problem you can’t control, just accept it. Nobody is perfect. You don’t have to let this define who you are. Instead, disregard it and have confidence in other aspects of yourself that you are proud of. If a girl can’t get past this one flaw, I doubt she is even worth chasing in the first place.

Hi there, stuttering occurs mainly due to increased anxiety, or if you have a speech impediment, your stuttering will be more persistent. Do verbal exercises, learn the proper pronunciation of common words you say, and just repeatedly practice overcoming your stutter. I had a stuttering issue when I was younger, mainly because I was talking too quickly, which caused me to stutter/stumble over my words. Practice, repetition, and grit will help you overcome your stutter. Best of luck, my friend!

I have a stutter, and what I do is make a joke about it. Don't make yourself the butt of the joke, but have fun with it. Don't let yourself be insecure about it. That's what I do, and my girlfriend actually likes my stutter because she says its something unique about me. if you find a good girl then your stutter won't be a problem.

You could change the word "chasing" with "attracting" if you'd like. Epictitus most likely meant "chasing" in a negative way, such as pursuing something in desperation (scarcity mindset). I do not mean it in such a way.

I'm not gonna sugar coat it, none of these will work 2 get a girl if you do not look decent (good facial features, low body fat, etc). Not having a routine for your face (mewing, skin care, etc.) is not an option. While doing that, you add the steps from the video into your life, slowly though.

Totally untrue. I know many guys who "does not look decent" but rather normal, a typical man, one guy I know had even babyface at the beginning of his dating, one does not have all his teeth, even I was looking not so good (started developing more when I started dating my wife). But in the end, we all have wives / gfs at least. It is all about your attitude, values, life purpose and character. Your look comes second, it is a nice-to-have, but not the priority if you want to meet someone valuable. Of course I don't talk about trash girls, they only look at you from a visual point of view (like most men on girls). But you would not want someonee like that.

Saying looks come second is odd as people make impression of you in 1/10 of second just by _looking at your face._ Having attitude/character isn't going to do much without looks because people don't care, they don't care if you have values or life purpose. The majority of people judge on looks not heart. People will treat you better if you look good, you'll get away with more, incredible success in dating, people will trust you more, and I could go on. Look at Jeremy Meeks, went to jail for possession of a fire arm, had his mugshot posted online, was on the news, and after 72 hrs in jail had 200/300 mails sent to him everyday. What was in the mail? Images of beautiful woman, and nude photos of woman. Even the woman working on the news were thirsting over him. Crazy right??. In jail he received contracts of modeling/movies/etc. and when he was released from jail, i'm sure you can guess. Meeting a valuable partner is rare, and even rarer in 2024 so just thinking your attitude is gonna work magic is delusional

The problem is self improvement channels like these. Believe it or not men are constantly bombarded with messages that we aren’t “man” enough. That there’s something inherently wrong with us. Yes, it sometimes comes from women. But more often than not, it indirectly comes from men. The truth is, all men have been fine this entire time. There’s no singular way to be masculine. You just have to learn to be comfortable being yourself. And accept that not everyone is going to appreciate your authentic you. But you do need to improve in the sense of cutting out toxic shit in your life because toxic behaviors prevent you from living your best life.
