Removing dodge was the most smooth brain thing they did so far. They thought removing dodge spam with killing the whole mechanic is fair and balanced while the raider can just spam ki blast without any drawback.

Yeah I myself have also dropped The Breakers altogether ever since that update and I love the game. Even the gammas didn't make me come back because I didn't read any fix to dodge in the patch and it's just annoying me. I wish, I wish they fixed it.

Vanish dodge was the only defensive option during Dragon Change. There is no block button, there is no perfect guard, not perfect dodge, there was only that vanish. I stopped playing since that, removing dodge vanish was dumb. They should have nerfed Unconscious Control and optimize the servers so less lag occurs, but they decided to nerf dodge vanish. Is just as you said, raider can shoot ki blasts without any drawbacks.

I honestly think Broly is probably my favorite raider both playing as and fighting, something about the instant jump to the action, the transpheres, and non-stop aggression makes the match so much more exciting, he just FEELS like a more immediate threat than a lot of the raiders even if he isn't objectively the strongest. I just never find myself bored winning or losing with broly.

What few might have noticed is that you didn't use any of the "active skills" and also didn't finished any survivor (or destroyed areas). Devs thought it would be a good idea to remove dodge, but now all raiders need is flying backwars while firing infinite ki blasts... I'm playing as Ginyu now, since its seems to be the most challenging raider in this meta...

The game is facing the same problem dbd does. For some reason, the devs don't understand that their attempts to balance the game for 2 factions won't work simply because... the game actually has 3 factions. The raiders, survivors and premades. The only way to balance a game like this is to shorten the gap between normal survivors and premades as much as possible. Only this would allow them to balance the game around just 2 factions.

I still remember the first 2 weeks of his debut the majority of the community called him weak and compared him to Vegeta, then when he was revealed to be the raider with the higest win rate by a longshot even more so than Ginyu who everyone thought would take that spot if not then black, not a single peep of statement retractions and only "Buff Broly" I knew the devs became blind to the survivors needs but after what I saw from the community I just left Breakers for good after his time was up

I think you woulda lost if you were a less experienced player. Granted, you intentionally played dumb at a few points but games like these, dbd, etc, it should be a miracle for survivors to win given the lore circumstances imo. Either way, kudos to the channel and the strong survivor team here. To be fair, as many stuns the survivors get there really shouldn't be any complaints. Hell, especially if it's a team with coordination who wants to get chain Stun locked to death. Survivors get a nerf and it's always the end of the world.

You didn't use active skills, you didn't use evasives, you didn't destory areas, you didn't use super attacks, you didn't even finish off survivors, and yet you dominated the whole match. Raider is so braindead, it's literally just spam ki blasts. Removing dodging was dumb as hell. Removing dodge roll without transformation was beyond dumb. Oh, but premades right? Those pesky premades? Some people don't want to admit they are bad as raider and will blame everything on survivors. Last season I haven't lost a single raider match, and yes I fought premades. I am glad I played Buu when he was the worst, that made me sharpen my skills, and grow my game sense and awareness as a raider. Apparently for some people the nerfs are not enough and want automatic wins just because they play raider.
