Calico is much better as it is breathable, unlike dry cleaning bags which can make your stuff smelly. Unless it’s the newer versions which are made of tyvek, in which case they work really well. Calico is quite affordable in haberdashery shops. Or on line sellers normally list it under utility fabrics.

In my experience it’s mostly the newer polyester dresses that fit in those small boxes. The older cotton ones with a bit of buit in petticoats take up a lot more space. I can only speak about the dresses that I own though, I don’t know if 6 dresses is a large enough sample size for that

I think after a new video's uploaded on a popular channel, they wait a while before updating the view count, so they can collate the views from all the various mirrors (when a video's published, it's immediately copied to numerous KZbin servers in data centres across the world). A few years back, views tended to get stuck on 301 for a while (so it was possible to have more likes than views!)

The reasons the spoons are square is because those are Japanese ice cream spoons! Yes, Japan has special spoons for ice cream, and yes, they are square. We have grapefruit spoons, it's not that weird. Edit: I just noticed they trimmed the print on the front bodice with a narrow lace and arranged it in a faux-pleat style. A very thoughtful, subtle detail.

Those square spoons are actually gelato spoons! They are just basically a ~fancier~ type of spoon you can serve with ice cream. I love the amount of thought and detail they put into this print and I can’t wait to have one for myself! 🥺💕

I bought the OP on lace market cause the JSK was listed for $600 and I don’t regret it one bit! Like what you mention, with the cut of the jsk, its not worth that price, but the print is just amazing!! Also, the texture is called corded or you can say the texture is similar to grosgrain ribbon :)

Twill weave. That's probably what the fabric is made with. It's nice and strong but feels soft. It's the same weave for denim, but "fashion fabrics" are done in lighter poly threads and/or single layer.

Those square spoons are actually sugar spoons that are often used with fancy tea sets! They are sometimes scalloped or have other fancy shapes, but most "usual" ones of them really look square and shovel-like.
