How come they don't do this with Marty Beller as their drummer now? I only remember Marty doing Spin The Dials a few months Why can't TMBG bring those skits back those are the two highlights of their concerts

Some of the drum solo options that Flansburgh lists our are a bit obscure (example: For John Bottom's phone and fax machines)

For what it's worth, I believe it's meant to be John Bonham, the drummer in Led Zeppelin! And I'm not a doctor but I believe the cell phone and fax machine and pager options are just there as jokes and aren't meant to be referencing anything.
