One thing no one is talking about is yes the tesla was good. But it's the only building with an evo and that is one of the reasons it was being over used.

It was being overused because it was too broken as normal 😭 plus it takes no skill to place Tesla in the middle with skeletons to dps a tank 💀 for 5 elixir it counters everything. Now finally rg has a chance to get hits. With old Tesla it couldn’t.

Some people argue that the nerf is deserved because tesla is too versatile but like, so are skeletons, so is log, so is ice spirit but nobody thinks they should be nerfed. just completely uncalled for! the fact that they didnt include tesla in the wip changes, so they didnt even give the community any say in the decision! im disappointed. Oh yeah! And lavaloon just gets exponentially strong since they refuse to nerf it

I’m an xbow main. I feel personally let down by the recent balance changes and card additions. The state of the game has gone in a wild direction and the skill ceiling of the game has dropped off significantly. I love clash royale but I refuse to play while the game is moving in this direction. RIP Xbow RIP SK 😂

void, demolisher, goblin machine, tesla nerf, evo gob giant, and evo drill I love Xbow decks, it is my favorite archetype by far. But oh my god this archetype is being HAMMERED into the ground and it only keeps getting worse. The deck now is almost always stacked against the xbow player and its an unfair uphill battle, I've stopped enjoying playing xbow lately because of it. I remember HATING the gob giant sparky LP meta but honestly I'd much rather play against that rather than what we have now.

I didn’t see this in time and bought the Tesla offer🙄🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️. I’m actually super pissed. Wtaf is with them finally dropping a shop offer for it and nerfing the ever living shii out of it. I’m beyond this business model from them. Not to mention this most recent “free” event is such a slap in the face with how much fire they’re in rn. Everyone’s mad. Everyone’s flaming them. TBH if you check the historical top200 decks on royaleApi you would see that during the 2 months right before evotesla came out (january and february 2024) tesla became the nr1 building in the game by its own, being more used than bomb tower and cannon, there were miner poison decks and pigs eq decks in the top 10 using tesla instead of their typical buildings. Base tesla peaked right before its evolution, so I think the nerf was objectively deserved even ignoring its evo form. I wont argue if it needed 2 nerfs and a 12.3% dps loss overall or a smaller nerf, but it is the most used buinding in the last six months, and 2 of these months were without its evolution.

because tesla is very versatile and for cycle decks you need either it or inferno if you want a decent matchup against lava. also it being the only building with an evo will obviously make it be used more. usage rate shouldnt be the only thing you look at for determining if something needs nerfs or not because by that logic something like skeletons or the spirits are overpowered and need an emergency nerf
