A new guide has caused anger after it warned staff that using words such as “policeman” may be illegal.
The 12-page guide from Staffordshire Police also advises people to avoid using phrases such as “man up.”
TalkTV’s Julia Hartley-Brewer is joined by former police officer Harry Miller to hit out at the “woke” guide.”
Julia argues that the police “probably have some crimes to be solving.”
Staffordshire Police said: “The guidance was produced alongside external consultants to ensure we treat each other and our communities with the utmost courtesy and respect.”
