Ok I had to pause at 22:54 to say something to what you just said. My issue is that I channel & I remember it. That makes it incredibly hard to decipher what is ego, mind being itself and what to assimilate as truth to speak forward. Even if I consider the perspective of people will hear what they need to hear in the moment allowing myself to just go forward. It is a dance with my mind/body/soul that is often exhausting given the never ending external influence of the 3D world/matrix. And I am pretty darn good at taking what I want to say then shortening it to be understood by anyone at any level. Even to the point of specific people once I know them a little. Then I get a little self conscious that I can harm instead of help. My mission is to help. I believe this is some higher dimensional trauma I have experienced by making society ending decisions before. Pretty sure E. Musk knows exactly what I am talking about. How do you know channeled info from your own internal dialogue? Where do you feel that in your body bc man do I have body pricks, slaps and punches. Not all violent by the way. Those were just the first that came to mind.
