@@TavisolaMBARealtor I watched last season's sad outcome for these two. Maybe better luck this year. We have a Kestral who lives in our eaves under our roof.

@@lesleycarney8868 ah, you are so lucky for having a Kestrel under your roof! We have a red tail hawk's nest in our neighborhood and they hang out by each property, singing to us every morning. True, this 2023 and 2024 seasons were very disappointing for Jackie & Shadow. Praying 2025 will be a better year for them both.

@@16MedicRN FOBBV has Cam1 on the original nest. Cam2 is the one panning the surrounding area where we see Jackie and Shadow perched at their snag, roost, or LDS trees. I believe J&S did visit their nest briefly quite frequently before the Line Fire. Cali Condor and Baiba were able to capture these brief visits. Neither Jackie or Shadow have stopped by the nest following the Line Fire.

it comes and then it goes, then back in. The good news is: CalFire has downgraded all evacuation orders to warnings. Fire as of today, Sept. 15, is 36% contained. Thank you for watching, @PauletteBruno851.
