A couple members do overlap such as Mark and Haechan being in 127 as well as Dream, then DoJaeJung was 3 vocalists from 127, Nct u btw is a rotational unit so the members are never the same but in baggy jeans we have 4 members from 127 and 1 from wayv they also are basically the original nct members because those 5 debuted first in nct with the 7th sense so those 2 songs have the same members, and yes wayv is all the chinese members. Sorry if it got a little confusing I didn't really know how to put it 😭😭

Ten is in WayV and he's not chinese. Also Baggy Jean's have 3 members from 127 (Jaehyun, Doyoung, Taeyong) 1 members from 2 unit 127 and Dream (Mark), and 1 members from WayV (Ten)

​@@killerkoareacts Ten is from Thailand so He's Thai but he can speak Thai, English, Korean, Mandarin(Chinese), and some Japanese. Also there are 2 Chinese members in NCT Dream Chenle and Renjun. Also there is currently only one Japanese member in all of NCT His name is Yuta and he is in NCT 127. But there is supposed to be a Japanese subunit coming out sometime in the near future. Also for some extra confusion Ten, Mark, Taeyong, and Lucas are also in a separate group called SuperM along with one member from SHINEE Taemin, and 2 members from EXO Kai, and Baekhyun. Also this year we lost 3 members from the collective of NCT so we went from having 23 members down to 20 in a matter of a couple weeks. Japanese member Shotaro and Korean Member SungChan left NCT and are now in a group called RIZE. And one member of WayV so a Chinese member Lucas left WayV and NCT as a whole it is still unsure if he will still be in SuperM as well going forward. So in Total NCT 127 has 9 members 1. Taeyong- Korean (Leader of 127 and NCT as a whole) 2. Doyoung- Korean 3. Taeil - Korean (Oldest Member in NCT) 4. Jaehyun -Korean 5. Johnny -Korean American 6. Jungwoo -Korean 7. Mark -Korean Canadian 8. Yuta -Japanese 9. Heachan -Korean NCT Dream has 7 members 2 overlapping from NCT 127 (Mark was sort of the Leader but I think there isn't an official leader at this time maybe Jeno now. But Mark is the oldest) 1. Jaemin-Korean 2. Jeno-Korean 3. Jisung -Korean (Maknae/youngest member in all of NCT) 4. Chenle -Chinese 5. Renjun -Chinese 6. Mark- Korean, Canadian (NCT 127) 7. Heachan -Korean(NCT 127) WayV was 7 members now is 6 1. Kun -Chinese (Leader of WayV) 2. Xiaojun -Chinese 3. Hendery -Chinese 4. The number of NCT members changed a lot. In 2018, there were 18 members. In 2019, they became 21. In 2020, they became 23. In 2023, around July or August, 3 members left: Lucas, Sungchan and Shotaro. Lucas is currently a trainee and is going to debut as a soloist soon while Sungchan and Shotaro debuted in a new group called RIIZE (pronounced rise). Last month, they added the 7 final members of NCT who are going to be apart of the new NCT unit "NCT Tokyo". They currently haven't debuted yet but one of the 7 members left very recently due to health issues so NCT Tokyo is 6 at the moment. So the final number of NCT is going to be 26.

That must have been an information overload, covering all NCT subunits😂 I suggest do a marathon for each subunit separately to avoid confusion. Also if you think that was already a lot, well, some members still have solo stuff and some of them are even part of a super group called SuperM. They are really good though, much better in their craft than most groups, so they are totally worth the time and attention👍

SM, and NCT in particular, are notorious for gang vocals, high notes and adlibs. 😄 I think you would really enjoy 127's and Dream's *Killing Voice* episodes... you'd get to hear their live vocals/rapping and harmonies, as well as a nice sampling of some title tracks and b-sides. There were 23 members... however, it was announced this year that two members (Sungchan & Shotaro) who were supposed to be in the long awaited Japanese unit, would be leaving NCT and debuting in SM's new (non-NCT) boy group called *RIIZE.* And a third (Lucas-white haired shirtless guy in TBT), who was a member of WayV, would be leaving to focus on solo activities. So Golden Age features the remaining 20 members... Sadly, this time around we never got a full group scene... but if you would like to see that, check out NCT 2018's *Black On Black* (18 members at the time), NCT 2020's *Resonance* (full 23) and/or NCT 2021's *Beautiful* (only 21 members, as two were on hiatus). As mentioned, there is a Japanese unit that has been in the works for a long time and is finally going to debut soon-ish. The members were chosen in a competition show held by SM for the first time, called Lastart... they are now preparing for debut, but no exact date nor official unit name yet. Unfortunately, one of these new members was just announced as needing to drop out due to health concerns... SO, once they debut, NCT will be 26 members strong. 😄 The Japanese unit will be the last new fixed-member unit to be added to NCT, as the label recently announced the end of the "limitless expansion" concept. Some NCT recommends; *NCT 127* - Kick It *NCT Dream* - Hello Future *WayV* - Phantom *NCT U* - 90's Love *NCT DJJ* - Kiss I really enjoyed this reaction! 😊 Subscribing in the hopes of more NCT content. 💚 Side note; since you mentioned the Avengers during Golden Age.. there is actually an SM group that is sort of an all-star team made up of some of the labels most popular male artists, called *SuperM.* This project group consists of; Baekhyun & Kai of *EXO,* Taeyong of *127,* Mark of *127/Dream,* Ten of *WayV,* Taemin of *SHINee* and Lucas (now formerly of WayV). They were hailed as the Avengers of Kpop and even had an official collab with MARVEL on some merch. 😊 Unfortunately, due to members completing their mandatory military service, they haven't been active since 2020... fingers crossed they are able to have a comeback someday, once Taeyong is done with his impending enlistment. If you'd like to check them out, a good place to start would be their debut mv, called *Jopping.* SM went ALL OUT on the budget for that one and their debut was a big event held in front of Capitol Records in LA. (apologies for the essay)

So NCT Dream will no longer be the youngest group of NCT next year. This is because the NCT new unit NCT Tokyo(official name still not announced yet) will debut next year or the end of this year and they are all younger than the current maknae of NCT which is Jisung from NCT Dream And WayV now has 6 members instead of 7 cause one of them left the whole nct brand and the unit (Lucas)

Golden Age isn't really the best representation of all of them together that would be Resonance or Black on Black when you have like 23 or 21 people dancing together. Golden Age keeps everybody kind of siloed in their own area.

NCT U a.k.a NCT United means the member is united from all NCT units, according who would fit in the song. So there're lots of NCT U unit 😅 For NCT Dreams, this year is their last year as the youngest unit, because there will be NCT newteam next year and the member is younger than jisung (NCT maknae, for now), the member age range is between 21-16 yo. NCT have 15 members on their debut in 2016, 18 members in 2018 (they have an album on 2018 called NCT 2018 Emphaty), 23 members in 2020 (with NCT 2020 Resonance album), 22 members in 2021 (with NCT 2021 Beautiful album) and 20 members in 2023 (with NCT 2023 Golden Age album). Actually, there were 20 members as of the making of this MV. Two that were members for about 1 minute, were just taken out of NCT and put into another new SM group called Riize. Also, I'm sure one of the former members of WayV (Lucas,- the one with the wings in Turn Back Time) wishes he really could turn back time. He's no longer in NCT either and I really miss him. So - COULD have been 23 as you guessed, but was actually 20. Soon the last final NCT team will be added and that will make it 27. WHEW!!!

Just some new information is that theirs a new NCT subunit! There are 6 members and is a japanese unit. NCT Dream are no longer the youngest but NCT TOKYO/NEW TEAM are.
