The middle east is going to be a mess with all these 1/2 build mega structures all over. Things like the Sphere in Vegas at 112m ran way over budget and schedule and that was tame compared to these projects scope. Regardless of the different work situations in the US vs middle east These are likely to be late and over budget, as well as underwhelming for the sales pitches.

I have a theory that they will build a few to edge people on, for example, the oxagon, is actually extremely viable even if a lot less impressive than some of these, and the oxagon would be able to provide a real positive, that being it could become the shipping center of the Middle East especially because of its placement. Build that and say we’ll eventually build the line, or the cube, netting them a profit from investors and from the only tool they’ll build.

For context (2:13), 1 unit in the game = 8 metres in real life. So if we were to do the calculations, dividing 400 by 8, we would get 50 in-game units. (Or you could get the "Precision Engineering" mod on the Steam workshop)
