I nearly passed out seeing this, and my head is still a bit light. (I should maybe go to the doctor over that...) I can't thank you enough for covering two stories of mine and considering doing the follow up agent story even though it turned out hecking long. These have been narrated so well and when I started posting in reddit like, 7 months ago I never would have expected all the lovely feedback! I'll keep writing and enjoying everything the Doc posts. Thanks again for covering these. it nearly killed me. (In a good way)

Special Camping Checklist: 1) Do not bring siblings you and friend did not plan for. 2) Bring handheld radios for communication when in the woods. 3) Have at least one working mobile phone with extra power banks to last the whole trip. 4) A hand axe and machete for each person going on the trip. 5) Grenades to help disperse a crowd of of unfriendly creatures. 6) A will to live and preservation of self. 7) Quick and clear negotiation skills when dealing with non-human beings. 😁 This was another enjoyable story from a lively writer. I’d gladly listen to any other escapes done involving Jake, she seems like a character that could have many adventures even if she’s just the lesser role player, her involvement makes it all the more interesting. the protagonist should have done their homework, they would know these things werent wendigos, and there is one simple clue; these things hunt in packs. wendigoes don't, we work alone. I am not worried about wording when making deals with supernatural creatures, as working out ways to trick them with the wording is one of my favorite passtimes.

Oh absolutely, when dealing with demons or the devil himself wording is Extremely Important. It can make or break any deal, and more often than not breaks the deals. And damn Jake is a smart one, she is able to do damn near anything and is pretty much always in control. What a bad situation to be in. Especially as she does this just for fun.
