ended his dribble b4 the spin, took 2 steps when he did the spin, and then stepped through with a 3rd step making the move illegal on all levels. only way to make this not a travel is if he picked the ball up during the spin (before/ during first step).

im usually the one to say it's clean, but this one in particular was a travel, even with gather/zero step rules. IF Mike had done a dribble during his spin, then that wouldve been clean.

@@kitsunesama445 off the spin his pivot was established then he stepped through with the opposite leg, it’s the same exact thing if he picked up his dribble and establishes a pivot, off of the one, two then stepped through with the opposite foot. It’s the same step sequence.

The only reason why they called it is because he did the spin move and not a regular one two toward the basket, but it’s all the same steps
