Satti Venkata Krishna Reddy is an Indian film director, screenwriter, composer, and actor known for his works predominantly in Telugu cinema. He has garnered three state Nandi Awards and the Filmfare Best Telugu Director Award.
His notable films include Rajendrudu Gajendrudu (1993), Mayalodu (1993), Yamaleela (1994), Number One (1994), Subha Lagnam (1994), Ghatothkachudu (1995), Maavichiguru (1996), Vinodam (1996), Gunshot (1996), Egire Paavurama (1997), Aahvaanam (1997), Premaku Velayara (1999), Sardukupodaam Randi (2000), Sakutumba Saparivaara Sametham (2000), Pellam Oorelithe (2003), Athade Oka Sainyam (2004), and Hungama (2005). In 2012 he directed the romantic comedy Divorce Invitation, an American film.
Early life and film career
Krishna was born in Konkuduru village, East Godavari district of Andhra Pradesh. After his post graduation in Bheemavaram, he moved to Hyderabad and ran a sweet shop for few years before foraying into cinemas. His first notable work is Kobbari Bondam (1991). which was Produced by Manisha films and was a commercial success. His association with Atchi redy and Manisha films continued and most of his films were produced by Manisha films. After Kobbari bondam, he directed Ranjendrudu Gajendrudu.
BREAKTHROUGH
Yamaleela, a film starring Ali in his debut as Hero, is a huge success and was the start of an era of S V Krishna Reddy style films that had comedy, family emotions, and good songs. Films Number One (1994), Subha Lagnam (1994), Ghatothkachudu (1995), Maavichiguru (1996), Vinodam (1996), Egire Paavurama (1997), Aahvaanam (1997) were all commercially successful. Srikant, Jagapathi Bau, Rajendra Prasad, Soundarya, Kota, Babu mohan, Ali, Brahmanandam, A.V.S., Gundu Hanumantha Rao were all frequent collaborators.
Acting
He played a small role in the 1986 film Kirathakudu. He made his debut as Hero in the 1997 film Ugadi.

She gives me the vibes of a selfish and smart woman who was in the good books of many. Misplaced admiration by the audiences. And ame ni decent herione antaru, she acted in a lot of vulgar scenes and had terrible acting skills at the beginning of her career. 90s heroines did not have much say in the way roles were written for them. Saree vesukunte decent aiporu. I agree, she improved a lot in the last phase and switched to more grounded and realistic acting and stopped piggy backing on star heroes. Btw, Ali is way more talented and creative than the so called star kids that she repeatedly acted with. Hhhmmm, money matters, finally.

Yes of course. If some one selects in giant MNC company with high package of 50 lacs / Anum at one end and 5lacs/ Anum package in a start up company. Which one they prefer. Nothing wrong in it as any one would wish to grow and develop in their chosen profession. Still she did small projects with brand new comers like Naveen Vadde, Ram kumar , Girish Shetty etc...She would have acted romantically with sensual appeal as it is also a part of acting skill , but never she crossed the boarders or limits. She never acted vulgarly as you referred. For her stature and beauty she would have married a prominent personality but she married to a very commoner as such was her principles. She was a extremely beautiful physically with great extent of skills in her profession but still never she was arrogant. She proved the inner beauty as well with helping nature. Hence still people reminds her as angel despite her physically she departed 20 years ago
