I really appreciate Mr Cho's definition of "success". When this vid dropped I thought "god, 30 mins, well I can skip bits." Did not skip a second. Thanks. I had a degenerative (not degenerate) spinal issue a decade or so ago, and losing mobility and independence aint no fun. I did not know how close I was to becoming a paraplegic until post surgery so I can appreciate a little of what Mr Cho went through. Mr Cho's story is fantastic. Well done him.

incredible story. Jan 6th is my birthday, crazy to think while I was having a fun time with friends Andrew was having a horrible time. Glad he's better now and still improving.

The kind of mental fortitude that it takes to go from "I may never be able to walk again" to "I'm going to be sprinting in a year" is insane to me. I suffered a stupid minor injury compared to this one and it felt like my whole world had fallen apart. I was guaranteed to make a recovery as well. I just had to be patient. I want to be like Andrew though humble, strong, compassionate, and thankful.

Great show you guys. I broke C1 and C2 a year and half ago, so I can relate. The original assessment was some paralysis, hallo, and surgery. By the grace of God it changed over the course of a week. I'm riding and surfing again, but know others who haven't been as lucky. I'm glad to see another good outcome from a spinal cord injury. It brought back some memories.
