If you haven't already, you should try, Taqueria Nacho Libre, in Rutherford, NJ on Park Ave. The corn tacos are made fresh. My personal favorite is their carnitas tacos. Also, if they have their tamales available, order them as they are bomb. However, the tamales are not on their everyday menu.

If your ever going down the shore I'm telling you Burger 25. Locations in Brick, Toms River and LBI. Reeses shake along with many others. Burgers, boardwalk fries, onion rings, thai bone in extra crispy wings, chicken sandwiches, etc. Many other options too.

I almost feel sorry for you all in the NorthEast when it comes to Mexican food, I live in Phoenix, we have a thousand Mexican restaurants, food trucks and taco carts many opened 24/7, I go to thos taco truck deep in the Mexican Barrio where no one speaks English, you have to wear a bulletproof vest yet the Taco's are the best in the U.S., they make homemade blue corn tortillas to order for every taco, they're only 1.50 a piece, again I live 2 hours north of the border so it's not really a fair comparison to the Northeast.

3.75 is considered a good deal out here on the West Coast. You pay for convenience and quality not quantity. I'm injured from work and unable to stand to cook so as a result, after a year of not working, my savings is gone and I eat about half the calories I did before. I can pay just a little less at Taco Bell and eat crap or pay a little more at a truck and enjoy my meal. There was a time when fast food was economical. That time is not now.
