When The Arbiter isn't the protagonist in a game he talks all the time in gameplay and cutscenes, while he doesn't talk during gameplay, that's only when he's the protagonists or the players are in Co-Op Campaign, unike Master Cheif and Noble 6, who ony talk in cutscenes in Bungie's Halo games.

The way Halo 5 ended made me think that the next game was going to allow us to play as Chief and BLue team, Locke and Osiris team, Arbiter and a squad of his Swords, and maybe even Palmer and a group of supporting Majestic and Crimson team members. Then 343 ruined EVERYTHING and just hit the reset and decided to make smart angry monkey-bears become hyper powerful and just re-do Halo 1 but without the flood. God 343 sucks.

Here is my ending for halo 5: chief and blue team gets transported by Osiris to Arbiter’s camp, Halsey quickly walks up to chief saying: “I’ve been looking for you” but before she can even finish her sentence, Arbiter pushes her aside and both chief and arbiter made a good stare at each other for 3 seconds then nods their heads towards each other and then Arbiter says: “Were it so easy?!” And then…credits roll with the halo theme song in the background!

Arbiter stands straight up, causing Chief to have to look up. The Arbiter says, "Glad to see you are not dead, my friend." Chief,"were it so easy"
