They killed both bur I feel that this version of Shooting Star wasn't an improvement over the studio version the way this version of Winter Without You was. I exclusively watch this version of WWY and when I watched a reactor (maybe you) watching the MV I was shocked at how flat the vocals were, and it was missing the a cappella ending that I'd grown accustomed to.

You are correct about the original not ending in a group a cappella. You should check out the live version with a live band which is a little different but just as good. In addition, you should check out Losing You (a cover from Flo) like others have said. It's pure RnB at it's finest.

First take WWY is the better of the two for sure. There’s an “It’s Live” version of both which has a band, in that one Shooting Star is better IMO just because of the energy. If you decide to do that one, you might need to cover up the logos and slight white fade on the video so you don’t get a copyright strike just heads up
