Wow Ryan what an incredible story. I am really enjoying your heartfelt true stories of your life. Talk about paying it forward! You are incredible. I have also been watching your videos since before your purchase chased the church/large warehouse you have now. I like the $1.00 offer.Great idea. About the grass cutting please take a photo with the grass cut with a date and time stamp so in case you get a letter that says it wants not cut. You will have proof. I have a suggestion for this busy corner lot. An outdoor farmers market with fresh fruit and vegetables. The sellers would do very well considering the high traffic. Good luck your friend in South Florida! We wear sunglasses people because it’s sunny and we don’t want to squint!!

If I had land , I would use it for a community flea market for vendors, my city no longer has a flea market. Our indoor/outdoor flea market of more than 3 decades finally closed its doors during the pandemic. I was truly devastated and many long time vendors were too. So I would love to open a flea market.

Pop-up markets! So one weekend a month have a theme. Craft fair, farmers, vintage, clothing, etc. Like 6 different categories and pre-schedule. So do a vintage market in the 1st & 7th month. Craft, 2 & 8. Farmers, 3 & 9. Etc. That way you have 6 months to find vendors and advertise a schedule.

So last week, "someone" started copying your theme with their own "car talk" episodes. It gets old that people can't be original with their own content and just go around copying everyone else's. Not too long ago everybody started doing podcasts. I guess people run out of ideas pretty quickly. There is only so much you can talk about with reselling. Sometimes I wonder if anything is real content with AI being so effective.

Things happen - out of sight - out of mind happens . Yes like I mention to you before a billboard might work and give you $400 a month etc. Pickle ball would require insurance - if someone slips and falls etc , your liable - more of a chance having people there and people are so sue happy. its tough there because also you can't block the view of traffic turning etc. Not easy owning property . Ryan when I come down to visit - I'll pitch a tent - lol ....

You probably don’t remember, but it was quite a while back when I suggested that you should have a beater pick up truck. I wish I had one. Scrapping and moving things and sometimes you see something too big for your SUV and you can’t go pick it up. It’s a bummer. Anyway, but $1000 a day, how dare they? What would it cost to have someone more local to the lot mow it once a month or so?

Ryan, I think you should sell the land ASAP and rid yourself of the "headache" of its care and potential liability. Also I think that "Car Chronicles" is a bad idea b/c doing the narration like you do is a distraction to your driving and you could end up having a car accident! Just my thoughts.... Best regards to you and Mrs. Roots.....

True, especially these days, one doesn't know what the other is going through both financially and emotionally. Even though the Ebay seller is looking to get a profit, if the Buyer sends you a special request, just accept their offer. For example, "this is for my grandmother and that's all the money I have" or "for my daughter who just started school" etc. You did good and that was a test for you.

We attract to us what we put out there. Love & hate cannot live in the same space- they are opposite vibrations. The second story could’ve had a much different ending if you had responded in a negative way to his original message. If you want love in your life, you have to be love. It’s very simple, yet so difficult for people to do. The next time someone is rude to you, or tries to hurt you, respond with love & see what happens. Love will always diffuse hate. I am proud of you, Ryan. Thank you for sharing.

This is a weird comment but have you ever considered asking the people that live in the house next-door if they would like to earn money mowing the lawn because it’s next to their property and they might be highly motivated to keep it nice and at a decent price for you. That way somebody’s eyeballs are on it all the time and you never have to worry about it. And they’re motivated because it’s next to their property and I’m sure they would like it to look nice.

Interesting story you’ve shared. It’s not a big piece of property, but it looks like the trash is probably just from the wind blowing it to that area. I see there’s a house nearby and I’m sure they appreciate the grass being cut down. I would try to sell it to the neighbor or just sell it. It looks like a dangerous spot to me.

I had a friend who got jumped because he invited the wrong people to his party. He was having a Halloween party and getting low on beverages, so he went to town.
