These are anti cavalry kicks, first kick hits the side of the horse, second kick hits the rider. My Instructor said 1st kick needs to be super high because the horses ribs are high but in competition I cut kick to stop people but I might try to do this feint instead of the cut kick to make them run into it. Usually the cut kick tho to the gut makes their head come forward. Man I miss Taekwondo class.
