We are customers and this falls under misleading conduct which is against ToS. Your playing a free will game will be there corporate response to cover their ass with a blanket. They need to be held accountable for their failures in the decision making as soon as they see a problem they should shut that item down immediately and then take the loss of whatever the mistakes are and they should never try to get back rewards already given. The biggest problem there is to begin with is the privacy policy they have broken the trust and privacy of each and every player they have tried to get compensation out of which is a illegal practice last i knew of but whoe going to tell them anything

I used mine and received nothing about 5 minutes after reset.....there were many different outcomes when redeeming. Does anybody reading this think it was a bug the 1st time that gave these rewards? They have NEVER given rewards like this for expired items before since I have been playing....
