legit just remodel or color, add some weapon and material,add more number to the enemy code,speed,etc or combine other already existed mechanics. It's not easy and impressive...yes but is it worth hiring them over other who don't take the source code and make some change?

I would hope a higher difficulty mod for totk would encourage usage of your entire arsenal: muddlebuds, constructs, and so forth, not completely nullify them. I don’t like that part of this mod 19:12 and another problem, the author of this mod seems to forget how much better at this mod they will inherently be after testing it for hours and hours.
