If his former company was with great opinion and large customer base then he make good business move. Most of his income was royalty not wage. Plus he keep all rights to his program. Even after he left company royalty was millions of $

The corruption in this case is breathtaking. You may really want to check laws in your state, and get a prenup before getting married.

It's a little more realistic unfortunately. Too many of these stories have them falling in love with another beauty who's better than the cheater (like he said), but often the betrayed are left broken for a while.

This is one of the more powerful stories that I have heard. And in so many ways, I was married to this same woman, who attempted to prove to me what a prize she was while simultaneously demonstrating through her lack of virtue that she wasn't. Additionally, it demonstrated how the wicked do everything possible to preserve their systemic wickedness.

It was smart. He had easy access to all customers of his former employer. That open him market for his new software. You can easily assume he earn millions in royalty. And he still owned software. So he wasn't really an employee. He was more like private co tractor.

I think OP should have filed a lawsuit against the judge. I get that reconciliations are possible, but this woman practically blackmailed OP to stay married to a cheater. And OP, dude, self-respect is a thing.

Dude fires OP for having some self respect but then OP turns around and helps former boss’s business afterwards? Not sure what he was thinking but hey get your bag bro! Judges need to stick to the law not play counselor and stay objective. That’s bullshit that they can just ignore your wishes like that.

Whenever a woman says she doesn't love a man and wants a divorce for no other reason than i dont love you, everyone supports her, tells her how strong she is and divorce happens quickly with no manipulation to stay with him. When a man says he doesn't love her because she cheated and cant trust her. Everyone says he is childish, toxic man, fragile male ego, stubborn, hurtful, hateful, inconsiderate.... He gets manipulated and forced to reconcile. This is ridiculous 🤦‍♂️

@@runeingebretsen8378 Crazy thing is Judges think they CAN force you to be with a wayward spouse. There was another story on this channel where the OP spent close to a year in prison when he told the judge outright what he thought of her. It was glorious to listen to. The kind of thing we'd all like to say to those who abuse their power.

It's a bit worse than that! My GF is a Family Law Attorney working for a Law Firm with offices all over eastern Virginia. She has told me that many of the Judges have relatives who operate these counseling centers. While most are not obvious, most will order marriage counseling if any party requests it.
@Stuart267
@Stuart267 6 ай бұрын
@@THE-michaelmyers That's disgusting & sounds like a form of fraud as they are profiting by forcing a betrayed partner to attend counseling under threat of jailtime. So they line their pockets whilst the already suffering (lets face it) husband is forced into a situation he doesn't want to be in.

@@Stuart267 I wrote this comment earlier this morning on another channel. >> --- the divorce laws in this country what they are in fact doing is like sitting at a poker game where the wife is ALWAYS dealt a straight flush and you are lucky if you get an ace!" There is no such thing as a fair court case. "Fair" is just a word that will never be found in the western world's Family Law courts. That's not me being cynical, that's me simply watching this crap happening now for almost 30 years.

Boy was OP weak…. He had the chance to sue the employer for wrongful termination and expose a biased judge to save other guys the grief he was getting. Instead he pussies out and keeps everything secret thereby protecting their reputations and then hands program to the guy who fired him in the first place. Have some self respect dude…

LOL... He was smart. By fighting judge he would make all providing about his divorce invalid and next crazy judge would make him do all the hoops again. It's not his problem what problems other men will have in court. 😂 He could suede his former employer but he was concentrated on his software. Why? Because he know it's great and give him proper money now several thousands $. You are vindictive not smart 😏

@@zaqwerty22 literally nothing you’re saying is smart dude…. It’s short sighted. Suing the company would have given him compensation or at least leverage on them without any repercussions. His new software had nothing to do with his old company and he mentioned earlier in the story that any competitor would want it so he didn’t need them. Exposing the judge would have been a huge scandal likely resulting in better results for him since the next judge would have wanted everything to just go away plus it would have garnered media exposure helping to make things fairer for him… it wouldn’t have hurt his divorce in any way. As for not caring about other guys… that’s a you issue…… most decent guys would want to do anything to help prevent other innocent guys from suffering.

@@Radar-db1bc 1. You are mistaken. His old company would fight him in court. And instead developing his software he wold be fighting that bs for few pennies. Ok you can if you are greedy but that's just stupid. He had few months to finish his project so his friend would buy it. If he would start fighting in court with his old company and previous judge he would loose several months and opportunity. 2. New judge wouldn't be scared of anything and judges hate people who attack other judges. Same like police ect. New judge mean new case from beginning. New demand of counseling ect. Stupid waste of time. And for what? For other suckers who will be have problems with those judge? That's their problem not mine. You want just fight for stupid ideas and I want earn quickly a lot and end my divorce case IMMEDIATELY. That's difference between you and me. Time is precious and only moron would waste it without any profit. Pennies from old company are nothing compare to his royalties.

Good character and plot. While he may have fallen into love at first sight, he fell into love with a woman of no substance, no commitment, just someone who at root is promiscuous and saw him as a good catch but not good enough to be loyal to. Not an unusual kind of woman, unfortunately. There are, of course, many women of better character although the sociology of the current generation does not favor the development of women of substance. The corruption of the wife's Father is consistent with the corruption of his daughter Julia. I like the characters masculine focus on mission, on facts and logic, and his unwillingness to sacrifice core values under pressure.

once a cheater always a cheater. i had almost the same problem with my divorce. my ex worked for 2 lawyers at the time. when we went in front of the judge, the judge said her name and asked if it was the person he was talking to all these yrs. she said yes your honor. the judge said its a pleasure to speak to the face behind the voice after all these yrs. then he looked at me and said mr b--------------- you have 3 days to move out. that is the real world. there is no justice.

Not believable. If the wife was so horrible. After visiting the judges office with her lawyer and even knowing about the judge being involved with her father she could have appealed the case and gotten him in trouble for blackmailing the judge. Both the Judge and her lawyer would probably have been disbarred.
