Ripe and developed enough taste...that's how it should be harvested correctly,immediately when naturally drop from the tree or use a hemp nets to catch

Some​ people​ dont​ like​ tree drop​ bcoz​ they​ taste​ like​ rotten anchovies.​ Anyway​ it​ s​ a​ personal​ choice.​ I​ am​ also​ Thai​ and​ i​ don't​ mind​ tree​ drop​ one.
