Buy something like "SILICONE RUBBER CORD, WHITE 60 SHORE FDA GRADE 200C", usually 3mm, 4mm, or 5mm. For example, the 5mm item: www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B0776X84ZV/ Then you need to cut it to about 40cm to 50cm, whatever is comfortable for you, and round off the ends.
