This is insane. I never knew how much I had in common with one of my all time favorite artists… I found them completely by accident bc they were playing with my favorite band at the time Wednesday 13 on Halloween, he stood beside me in one of the merch lines and I thought it was pretty cool. Gemini Syndrome has helped me through a lot and really opened up my mind to new ideas. You guys are amazing ; I can’t wait to see them again 🫶🎶

Adopted, divorced parents, abused child. Sober for 23 years, husband and father of two. Everything after the first period I let define me, but the pain is still real. It makes me who I am. You can't make the pain go away. You adjust how it hits you. I'm never so weak as to when I think I've conquered my demons. I didn't make them go away. They were just giving me a false sense of hope, building me up so that I have farther to fall. Your music helps me, it speaks to me and I'm 50. I finally cried tonight for a person I lost 4 years ago that was like a brother to me. I was alone driving in my truck and Resurrection came on. For whatever reason it just blasted me to that moment his sister called me. Thank you for that moment of peace. The Phoenix Never Dies.

Met Aaron and the band a few years back and was able to share with him how his music has helped me dealing with the loss of my 15 yr old son. Seven years later, I still find myself turning on Gemini Syndrome when I'm struggling to exist. Their music is perfect therapy & I can't wait for concerts to be a thing again. I'm ready to hear the new album in person. Keep Rockin Guys!!

As a survivor myself I love to hear Aaron share his story! Aarin is an incredible human with a beautiful heart! This man cares about you…. This is not just a facade! He has personally been a huge blessing to my family! From taking time in 2017 to sit and hang out with my 30 year old nephew in a wheelchair dying of ALS in Raleigh, NC and then him remembering that moment when we went to see them again! Little did I know in 2017 that that second time Their music would mean more to me than ever before because now, I too, am a survivor!

I'm so glad that intervention or moment of clarity came because I needed to hear where we started from. All of Gemini Syndrome's music has really helped me get through some things that I couldn't have gotten through without feeling like someone in this world understood the type of mental and emotional duality that I struggle with every day.

I am currently in the process of being evaluated for bipolar disorder. I had known about Gemini Syndrome for a while, but every time I get depressed... the music just hits so different. Its almost like a narrative of my life. It sometimes feels like things will not ever get better but it calms me to know Im not alone. Its incredible how powerful music is... and Aaron's messages are no exception.

Depression, anxiety, cutting....been there, done that. Had a full-blown mental breakdown, didn't leave my bed for almost a month. Choral music--Beethoven's 9th, to be exact--and learning to sing saved me first, then metal happened....there is no doubt in my mind that were it not for music, of all kinds, I wouldn't be here today. #musicsaveslives, indeed. Thank you, Aaron. Thank you, You Rock Foundation.

Just seen the show in KC and a new interview with Aaron. He's a strong man that went through a lot and now I've seen a great human being, a wonderful soul. To anyone who suffers and thinks about suicide or harming himself/ herself... just remember that YOU are not your story, you are not your thoughts and the depression that you feel. Just like you can't identify with a dream... your story, your past can be left behind and you can be free. You don't need any drugs to make you forget, because you are stronger and larger than anything that ever happened to you. Stardust... you are perfect in my mind. We all are!

I have only recently become aware of Aaron Nordstorm and his band, Gemini Syndrome, and I am highly impressed. Not only from a heavy music fan perspective ... but also from the perspective of being a child & family therapist. I love my profession, but I also realize that therapy is only one of infinite paths to inner peace. This is illustrated beautifully by Mr. Nordstrom's description of a crucial moment between him and his dog. I feel such gratitude right now that this interview is out there for the world to experience! And I feel enormous admiration for Aaron Nordstrom & Gemini Syndrome! Please, whenever it is feasible, include Asheville, NC or Atlanta, GA on your next tour! :) I'm there!

Hey You Rock Foundation - Have you considered getting M. Shadows on here? I think his story is one that would help a lot of people. He's only recently talked some about his experiences, and it resonated with me more than any other artist I've heard from. I think the way he talks of having not taken depression seriously before he experienced it, feeling that it was something that couldn't happen to him, and not seeking help for too long because of a perception of weakness, would resonate with a lot of people who may not have otherwise been much affected by other artists they've heard from, and inspire them to get help too.

And for who say just deal with it and move know this it's not that simple and those out their struggling keep fight your worth the fight
