I agree 100% the outrage "machine" creates and the dumb consume. They say 'you can't fix stupid', but I believe you can fix the dumb...but it's hard. It's hard to break years of the insidious "education" cycle of repeating the mantras of the outrage machine. Obviously I am liberally paraphrasing the issue, the point is some just repeat by rote what they've "learned"...but others will never stop to think before they repeat. Some can be retrained others not. How to reach those that can change...I don't know. Off-hand I think the changes are need in academia and media environments...again how to change them...I don't know.

RDJ’s character literally says, “Me? I know who I am. I'm a dude playing a dude disguised as another dude.” If anything it was poking fun of method actors. The movie is obviously a satirical comedy. This movie came out a little more than a decade ago, where was this PC outrage back then? Why weren’t people boycotting Marvel movies he stared in? @@jamesblunt1915 yeah, cause every white person is oppressing people with black skin color. My kids are mixed, what fuck should they do? How about we attack PEOPLE who judge based on skin color. Because telling kids of light skin color they are not viewed as equal is simply misplaced revenge, not progress.
@badbishop10494 жыл бұрын
@@jamesblunt1915 Why do you assume its strictly black and white? I realize the OP posted about the movie "white chicks" and that is a black and white issue. However i never said anything about any particular skin color in my comment or narrowed the focus onto one race in particular. I simply mentioned the "oppressed" as a whole. That can mean Palestinians, Albanians, Ukrainians,etc. Not every racial or ethnic issue is a black and white one. And not every issue with "oppressors" vs "the oppressed" is a racial issue either. Thanks for throwing your assumptions into the conversation though🙄✌
