Depends on which quad muscle you want to address the most. If Rec Fem, I like doing a Back Leg Elevated Split Squat, but load the back leg as much as possible and engage that back Glute as much as possible to drive the knee back and under the foot. If VMO, Reverse Nordic EQI (Iso-Extreme). Most Lunge and Squat variations will hit Quads as well.
