It doesn't make it any better in fact it's actually worse because there is no burden of proof on the prosecutor meaning there does not there need to be proof beyond a reasonable doubt to be found guilty and there's no jury. If it seems likely that it happened, that's all that is basically needed to be found liable and liability in civil court is something that can follow you in any sense in the future and even lead to further ramifications due to the liability. I know you have a lot of bad takes but fuck me, the opinions on Conor’s legal case? What is that about? How can you compare Conor to Bryan Callen? Callen had completely unsubstantiated claims made against him. The best lawyers in Ireland couldn’t make a good enough case that Conor is innocent. It’s not even remotely the same thing, and it’s isn’t up for debate. A court or law found him guilty. So unless he can appeal and defend himself with new evidence, he’s a rapist. I’d recommend anyone that hasn’t to listen to the interview Luke Thomas did with the journalist following the case.
