hey, just wanted to thank you for the video....made my headliner swap much easier to do since you have filmed all the steps in between. would like to mention that the light unit on the back has 4 metal clips inside to pop and the main one sits on 2 teeth on the back side and two clips that are placed on the rear view mirror side. now i have it oem black and maaan it makes such a difference

I did this in my 135i. Duplicolor flat black is the way to go. I did all my dash pieces, center console arm rest,, and door cards. it came out amazing!! legit AF. thank god my Headliner was already black. the only think I dont like about it , is it flakes hella easy if you dont prep your pieces right. i used paint remover on all the trim, and sanded and wiped down with alcohol. I did this like 5 months ago. and its still holding up strong.

That interior satin black paint is legit. I used it to do a “EU” sun-visor in my M240i and still holding up great after 2 years

That looks really good, I've always been partial to all black interiors. I'm hoping to get into a 2018-2021 M2 or Competition M2 next year. Will be my first BMW. I come from a long line of Mustang ownership and lately have not been happy with any of the ones I've had recently from a 700 HP Terminator Cobra to a 2017 Shelby GT350 so I feel as though its time for a change in a new direction

It’s easy to take apart the sun shade, there are just 6 bolts holding the glass, once that’s away you take up the shade, I suggest buying B pillars to, I’m talking from experience, but instead of painting the headliner I went with alcantara upholstery

So far, on all the sites we have seen (Bootmood3, MHD and so on) it is necessary to buy 1 license for 1 car. Do you know such a software that will tune several N20 engines with 1 license? From experience if the seatbelts rub at all where they come out of the B-pillar it will slowly rub the paint away. Think about something to prevent that from ruining your hard work.
