Btw, you don't need the tapioca flour. If you just heat the oat milk and stir for around 5 to 7 mins ish, it will naturally thicken. Stop at the point that it is thick enough for the end product, as it will stay like this for fermentation. Other non dairy milks often need a thickener but oat is not one of them. Thanks for the video!

To add to my last comment. If you heat the yoghurt int he microwave like your end step, then you kill all the beneficial bacteria. If you just boil and whisk for longer then you will get a thicker end result without needing to heat afterwards.

just boil it longer if you prefer a thicker consistency
