The Ultraman wiki says that in the anime it’s actually a boomerang or something like that. But yeah it’s the Eye slugger

In the manga it's called Throwing Knife. This is the third time we've seen it actually. The first was in his debut, the second was when he encountered Ace for the first time.

Fun fact, the Manga this anime is based off of actually started as a Kamen Rider doujinshi. Toei filed a cease and desist on that, but Tsuburaya ended up hiring the creator to make it as an Ultraman property.
