I got about an hour and a half into the mission, had the treasury key and had just gotten the alarm key from Father Fabricius. I was trying to jump from his balcony to get the rope arrow in the window across the ramps...I hit quicksave right before quickload, saved at the bottom of a fatal fall, and had to restart the entire mission. NEVER bind quicksave and quickload next to each other!

I know your pain.. I also learned the hard way to never bind quicksave and quickload next to each other.. :( I did that at the end of a mission where I fell into the lava.

How do you even find Father Fabricius....I cannot find him...

6:14 You can actually sneak behind the last remaining guard after the other two turn away. Use the lever after you go past the gate to turn the lights off and blackjack the guard to the right in the gate control room.

This thought crossed my mind at that moment, but I didn't moved fast enough. I really thought about being silent at the beginning of the mission, but then I found the hammer and stealth was no longer an option 🤣🔨

First I opened the grate on the ceiling, then I shot the rope arrow. Only then did I pick up the chalice and quickly jump to the rope, immediately climbing up and hiding in the ceiling. When the voices and footsteps of the guards stopped, I went down and found the room empty and the entrances unobstructed! Even though the alarm was sounding, I had a clear path to escape.

I went insane in the crypts hoping to find the origin of the whispers and maybe a secret passage but alas, the builder got the last laugh 😂

Yeah, at 18:09 when I picked up the gold I was hoping to find a secret as well 😆

I've played this game for like, 20 years, and i never saw hammer kills not count before.

when I discovered that I can use the hammer to hit NPCs, the hammer kills weren't count as kills

It's in the treasurers room. Its in the courtyard with a tree opposite from the training room.

You play this mission just like quake 3 arena and hammer is quad damage lol

Man I tend to do the same at times, some missions you just had enough of the enemies and want to go in … hammer blazing!
