You really see the contrast in spin between both players. Theim hits with so much more top spin. Great footage man
@transamination4 жыл бұрын
Them hits with more spin but it doesn't seem to be helping here. I'd rather be hitting like Hurkacz. His balls go much deeper in the court, more consistently.
@commondirtbagz71302 жыл бұрын
@@transamination thiem isn’t hitting with that much spin on purpose, that’s just his natural spin. He’s probably hitting less here than normal. But seeing as thiem grew up on clay it only makes sense he plays with more of an arc. Also it isn’t as easy to hit that deep consistently as hurkacz makes it look. He was probably playing better than usual here.

also about Hurkach - that's how You supposed to play on hard-courts: clean and flat! and not to be afraid to come forward. I really love Hurkach's backhand and net game (volleys, but even more the tactical decisions he makes - he really knows when to come forward).

Wow, that´s very nice footage. Why can´t they just show tennis matches in the court level perspective on TV ? Anyways keep up the great and high quality work! Greetings from Germany ;)
@RaresHidi5 жыл бұрын
Because people can't see the sponsors as well from this angle. Sad but true, sponsors and ads are more important on TV.
@xman4un5 жыл бұрын
Because the cameras are designed to show the entire court perspective for maximum audience viewing. This camera angle shows one side of the court...awesome though it is! It would not work for TV. Was denken Sie??

Почему-то с этого угла, игра Хуби кажется прям очень обычно и вполне вывозимой для любого соперника. Включая его подачу. Хотя по стате, его подача сама "не принимаемая" в туре.

Watching videos from court level is really interesting because nothing looks as impressive from this view. If all tennis matches were shown like this, I honestly don't think I could watch very much. They have definitely got the TV camera angles and height absolutely spot on. On TV they look untouchable, on court level they don't look anything special. Just my opinion and observation!

Hurkacz needs more topspin and power on his forehand, then he has at least top 20 potential
@seanlennon59864 жыл бұрын
Plenty power. Flat strokes make him more susceptible to error rather then a lack of power. It was Thiems topspin forehand ironically in this match that was susceptible to error.
