I don’t see how going past the 9 minute mark is called wrong here? And you’re right, the ref also whistled so that caused the Madrid players to stop, which is what the lady here is commenting, first error is from the side ref to raise the flag when is it not 100% accurate that the guy was offside, then the 2nd error came from the ref to whistle and agree with his side ref. 2 errors in one play that was going against Madrid. You’re saying if they went to VAR they would have dropped the goal, I don’t see how De Ligt was offside?

Some thoughts. The ball came to Hoselu from Rudiger, whithout interrupting from Bayern players, so the referee didn't blow the whistle. But when it was Bayern attack the ball came from Rudiger, so Marciniak blew it. Still bad decision from the referee. Buuuuuuut. He could stop the game at 90+13 and everything would be absolutely superb, don't you think?
