My mum also wore angel when i was a kid and it was her favorite perfume and i associate this smell of the perfume with the smell of my mom because she wore it everyday when i was a kid! Between the years 2005-2015 and i was obsessed with it ever since i was a kid and is still 15 years later my favorite perfume and i havent come across anything to top this unique smell! The downside is that the smell makes me nauseous after a while because its so strong.. but i still try to use it

Angel is the first perfume I ever loved. It's been 20 years since I last smelled it but I can definitely remember that one clear as day 😻

The reformulation of the original Angel is NOT super strong. I would clarify the difference of newest version. The original was a beast. The newest version also doesn't have a praline and cotton candy scent, and barely any chocolate. The patchouli has also been dialed down. I am very disappointed about the performance and the overall weakness of the reformulation.

I am a huge fan of Angel Muse. I also love Angel Coursier, which I am wearing today, for summer. I also like the OG Angel. I have very dry skin that eats perfume and love strong scents, even though I moisture and use a scent less ointment on pulse points before I spray. Another summer one I love is Alien Extrodinaire.

I got my Angel Nova couple months ago and so impressed with the performance. Now I have 3 more bottles which are Angle Muse, Alien Flora Futura and Alien Extraordinaire. I love them both. 😋

Not as light and fresh as I assumed. But I should have expected because its Mugler. Lol. But i like it regardless.

I can’t decide how I feel about Angel EDP! I LOVE the fragrance’s depth on the dry down- It’s like a deep, dark, spicy chocolate scent to my nose. It feels very sexy. But I HATE the opening, ugh. The patchouli is very prominent for the first hour, and it’s NOT a soft patchouli - it’s suuuuper dirty in an “unwashed armpit” kinda way. I feel like I have to apply Angel a couple hours before leaving the house to give it time to dry down, because I’m afraid of smelling stinky haha. Angel Nova is GORGEOUS. It very quickly became my signature scent. The raspberry and litchi notes are so juicy and summery. It definitely has a “bite” to it, so it feels like it belongs in the Angel family, but it’s much more wearable than Angel EDP. It’s the type of fragrance that can be worn at both day and night in the spring and summer. The fruit notes keep it from being too heavy for daytime, but the akigalawood adds enough spice that it’s good for a night out. I love it!

I recently ordered Angel because I got a little sample and Inwas totally obsessed with it, however i’m a little scared because the sample was pre L’oreal and pre reformulating. I heard lots of people disliked the reformulated version.

I loved the Eau Crosiere 2019 version with its beautiful mango and grapefruit 💛. I’ve just ordered a sample of Iced Star, as I really like the idea of a pina colada fragrance, but sometimes I’m not keen on coconut perfumes, even though I love coconut shower gels, body lotions, etc. Anyway, I’m hoping it will be another one to add to my collection! P.S. I really shouldn’t keep watching your channel as I’m building a perfume wish list a mile long 🤣

Really liked your recap of the Angels. I do really like Angel edp. But I remember smelling it at the mall shortly after it had first come out. Maybe in '96 or '97 when i was 15 or 16? I dont remember the exact year but the sales lady was telling me that it was a best seller and that people either loved or hated it. Though for me i immediately felt there were parts of it i liked and then some i didnt. So overall i wasnt interested but at the same time understood the appeal. Well i finally decided to try it again and last yr ordered a travel size. And I'm telling you it smells NOTHING like it used to. The patchouli was much dirtier, and there was way less musk than i get now. They've had to have reformulated at some point. Though i dont know why. I've since heard others say this as well so i dont think its just my perception. But anyway i do really like it. And i love that its so potent and lasts on me. I also fell in love with Angel Muse edp. But also adore Muse edt as well. I dont own the edt currently but would like too. I totally agree with your descriptions of both. I also have Angel edt and probably love it even more than the edp (like you!). And whats funny is when i saw the notes i couldnt imagine how these fruity notes would possibly work with the praline and patchouli but i was so pleasantly surprised!! (I thought the same thing with the Muse edt. ) Its so freaking good! I got a full bottle immediately. Lol. I also have Angel Nova edp and think its beautiful as well. Again your description was perfect. A beautiful scent and i think different enough from Delina. It must be that damask rose. I'd like to try the edt but dont know if I'll order it anytime soon as its not super high on my list. I'd love to try the Eau Crosiere. Really from any year. And of course the limited edition Iced version. I just dont know of i can justify a full bottle when I'm not sure how often I'd wear it. Also I really really want to try the discontinued Angel eau Sucre. It seems like you can still find it sometimes online. Im sure I'd love it! Have you ever tried it? Anyway thanks for sharing!! 😊

I have both bottles of the Nova, the edp & edt and honestly I love them both. I do not own any of the other Angels because the original threw me so off, I won’t even smell any of the others except for Nova. I am curious now if I might like the original edt version though. I do love several of the Alien line

I could be wrong, but it looks like the Angle EDT has been discontinued here in the US, or maybe L'Oreal just halted the production of it for now. Either way, it is not listed on their website, but the EDP version is.

Angel muse EDP is amazing in my top 5, I love muse but can't stand original angel. Muse reminds me of drinking hot chocolate with marshmallows in the cold weather love it so much.

I think i prefer the 2019 flanker, I really like the mango. I've been tempted to buy nova but I think it smells similar to midnight rose so I'm now debating if I'm better off buying nova edt in 50ml to match my 3 flankers, so they all look pretty together 🙄😂

I was a Lou Lou wearer in 1999. Then Angel and all cheap copies were everywhere and was fantastic. You could smell someone wearing the perfume whilst walking in the road. The Alien came out and I wanted to love it, I do, but I cannot wear it. It is too much and sometimes makes me feel like I need Air, like I am asfixiating. I do wear la Nuit Tresor too, so I like strong perfumes but feel I cannot stand some notes. I get the same Alien feeling of need fresh air with Coco Madmoiselle. What people thinks about Mugler Aura?

For some reason, Angel smells mouldy on me!!! So I use Wish by Chopard to get a similar scent but minus the funky smell. It must be my skin chemistry but I just cannot get Angel to work for me :-( I literally smell like a sandwich you forgot in your school bag for a month.

Honestly not my favorite. 😛 I came across a sample of Angle Nova. When I first smelled it I didn’t like it but I have worn it a few times the more I ware it the more I love it! Seriously I can not get away from rose perfumes. Without trying that’s what I end up loving. Now I need to try and get my hands on the iced star. 💫

I got a bunch of samples of perfume trying to find a new one that I like and based on review of Angel I thought I would like it and I do it smells a lot like my Burberry black, which I also like the both of them smell like they should be cologne for men, in that aspect I don’t like. Youd probably really like it!! Its so pretty!! Very different from the edp. I highly recommend. And you can easily wear it in summer. I'd wear it year round really.

Soki can you tell me is it true Thierry mugler Angel is not the same as original?Love original havent worn for years bought again..doesn't last smells different. How can they still call it Angel seems they should have to be honest say discontinued. Don't know why they would change when so popular. In my opinion the edt smells awful while I love the Edp. I get a headache from the new edt. I still have a bottle from 2015 of the edt that smells like the EdP, so they did not only change the bottle. I also can't stand the muse. Nothing can compete with the original Angel imo

I find the original Angel too overwhelming and cloying. I did like the EDT. Muse is probably my favourite from the Angel line. I don’t like Nova as it reminds of me cough syrup for some reason.

it did, yeah. there's chocolate in the new formulation, but it comes and it goes. it's not as present.
