For the young kid in the car, in the US there was and still kind of us a big thing called the kia boys. Basically you can "hot wire" the ignition switch of Kia's or Hyundai's with a simple usb a and a screwdriver. I remember that video coming out when it was all happening. It was mostly young kids doing it and taking them for joy rides.
