But village council have to check the quality of works done by the contractor under their jurisdiction but he said he don't know the DPR. So how can we say that the quality of work is good. Watching by the video contractor didn't clean muds&dust before black topping. Just my opinion.

Firstly ask the contractor his budget and also ask him for public to see the written paper process alloted to him of how he will be making the road i.e., whether stone chips will be used or not before laying the bitumen, also what size stone chips will be used. (if he is allotted to put stone chips, cleaning the dust, etc then he must do it accordingly. But, if budget is not allotted to him to buy stone chips this will be the result). He should show the paper works of how he is assigned to execute the road construction. If he is not assigned to put stone chips, we public can't blame him. But constructing road without proper foundation and stone chips is the joke of the century 😂😂😂😂
