I'm going through the same thing as u my natural hair is to my shoulder and thick strangers compliment but my hair was shedding in handfuls I know it's stress I went to the doctor got blood work done changed my products after finding your video and research I'm taking msm and biotin thank u for sharing your story I just want my hair back it had me in tears many days but things will get better please make more with progress

Hi Dana Lee, I completely understand how disappointing and frustrating hair loss can be. It is a battle everyday when I have to style my hair, Sometimes I feel like it is stil shedding more than normal. But it could all be in my head. This is not an easy process to get through. Hey Pretti Uneekhair, I do not know for sure what lead to my hair thinning. I believe it was either stress or those bad MSM pills I took a couple of months ago. I am so happy that my hair no longer has thin patches. Thanks for stopping in and I am glad you that you like the finished look 😃

Wow MSM pills would cause that?

I think any bad pill can have adverse affects. They smelled like fish. I have never known MSM to smell like fish. And I did not have issues with excessive scalp itchiness until I took those pills that smelled weird by Physician Formula.

I noticed that as well when I used perm rods in my hair. I did them bigger in the back and it showed. Definitely going to try smaller rods to see if there is a difference. Great video.

Hi tequilashots875, my hair came out poorly the first time because I have shorter hair in the back from thinning and short patches. When your hair is shorter, it is better to use the tiny perm-rods so that you can get good curl definition, especially in the back. I hope this tip works for you. Thanks for commenting (:
