Also a great move is a simple pound hop to the mid if they're playing you more open to the paint. I get this when I've used the spin to the baseline fadeaway and they're trying to prevent it from happening again. Can jab right before to open them up if needed. If you really slam it and cover a lot of horizontal ground it's lethal, shot fakes and up and unders after the move work every time as well if SOMEHOW the defender sticks with it.

How to find a style of play basketball ??

#2 is a travel is it not? You are lifting your pivot foot off the ground before the ball leaves your hand? I love your content I’ve learned a lot, I understand the gather, I think the fact that the NBA DOES allow moves like this kind of makes defense impossible. You plant your left, moving your right foot, then you take a left step a right step and are moving to a 2nd left step before the ball leaves your hand.

Lanksta's Fitness & Advice it is but the faster you do it the less it’s noticeable and it will never be called

The fact that they allow it ruins the game. How are you supposed to play defense if everyone can switch their pivot foot at will? There is literally NO other way to know which way someone can drive on a single dribble and it defeats the entire purpose of the rule. I was watching Hakeem teaching Lebron some moves and every single move seemed to involve switching your pivot foot and taking too many steps. The reality is this shit would be called in elementary, middle school, and high school basketball every time. We want to teach kids how to play but the professional freak athletes get to play by a different set of rules. If I were a kid watching this video I’d disregard the second move...
