Thing you should know about college of EME NUST

in this video I am explaining everything you should know about college of EME, NUST
1. Smoking within the premises of EME (including departments, hostels, mess, etc.) Is strictly prohibited for any male or female of all degress.
2. Littering of CEME is discouraged and prohibited.
3. Uniforms are compulsory for all degrees except senior degree.
4. PDA of any sort (hand holding, extreme closeness, fondling, dining in excessively immoral way, etc.) is strictly prohibited
College library and another study room called EMENENT Lounge are open for students till night. During exams you can study there till late night.
Fingerprint+ Rfid entry system at gate. No one is allowed to enter or leave clg without their cards.
Curfew timing's for boys: 11:00 pm
Girls 9:00 pm
Sports complex offers a variety of indoor games including swimming, volleyball, badminton, basketball.
Outdoor sports include cricket, football, horse riding, archery etc and designated grounds for it.
Apart from these regular internust + interdepartmental sports competitions are arranged each semester.
Academics
No difference in case of academics compared to H12, with highly capable professors but life is bounded here, you can't experience complete university vibes, as it's being run by an army commadant so primary focus is on academics and additional rules and regulations can be change time to time, depends on the policies of commandant.

Whats the girls to boys ratio in eme? Specifically in ce. I feel like there are fewer females in eme as compared to nust h12 and other unis.

In my class out of 45. 12 were girls. Now I heard that the segregation is balancing specially in CE. It's merit is on top these days. Out of the 4 depts mechincal is the one with fewer girls . Overall, decent amount of females.

I was NUST student "civilian" 1.5 lac is per semester fee I guess these day. Scholarship is the most easy thing you can get in NUST. I was on complete Scholarship for 4 years

Yes every campus is coeducational. Definitely in Rawalpindi. Boys get a chance to apply not sure about girls. You can try to go if you are willing to

These are NUST campuses. NUST is an army institute, and it's not necessary that only army students study there. It's like NED , bahria and air. The only difference is in eme and mcs army cadets study too. They are few in classes like 3 or 4. Yes NET is needed for it. Everything else is explained in this channel

There are 3 types of student . Civilian who come through NET merit. Then paying cadet refered to the quota given to army personal children (excluding H12) and of course through army TC

Strictness tu hai as compared to other universities.... But last year se sakhti bhar gye hai jab se new commandant aye hain ..but agr parhai k iraday se aa rhe ho tu u will have a great time in eme ....

Except final year students sab k liye uniform compulsory kr dia tha aur fines waghera bhi bhi kafi huwy thy ..even mujhe bhi uniform k upar jacket pehnany pr fine huwa tha ..... But baad me thori relaxation ho gye thy but still kabhi kabhi instructor fine kr dete thy uniform na hone pr... Us k ilawa curfew timing me izafa kr dia tha
